We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
As a UX/UI Designer at Servusys, you will be a key contributor to the user experience and visual design of our software applications.
Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for user-centered design, a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, and the ability to create engaging and user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant and intuitive user interface designs.
Design user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless navigation and a visually appealing interface.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate designs and enhance user satisfaction.
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs and maintain a consistent user experience across applications.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design patterns, applying them to projects as needed.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and user-centered software solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with creating responsive designs and familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
