Job Description:
As a Data Analyst at Servusys, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from data, enabling informed decision-making and enhancing our software solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis.
The ideal candidate should have a keen analytical mindset, a strong grasp of statistical methods, and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define data analysis objectives.
Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into a usable format, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Perform in-depth data analysis using statistical techniques and visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
Create clear and concise reports, charts, and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers to integrate data analysis results into software solutions, enhancing their functionality and user experience.
Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging tools, and technologies in data analysis, applying them to projects as needed.
Communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis tasks.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with databases and data querying languages (e.g. SQL, NonSQL).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively.
